Originally featuring an unused external-access basement, this property's potential was unlocked by creating a self-contained studio apartment to meet the charity's specific needs, alongside a 5-bed ensuite supported-living HMO above.

An old, derelict pub with significant structural issues requiring extensive piling work. Converted into two high-end HMOs: a 5-bed downstairs and a 4-bed upstairs, both let to professionals.
A commercial-to-residential conversion of a former solicitor’s office. We created a contemporary living space with a basement kitchen/lounge/working area, 9 stylish ensuite bedrooms, and a roof terrace, perfectly suited for professionals.
Transforming a commercial office within Stockport's conservation area into an inviting 4 ensuite bedroom HMO, we embraced the character of the building by highlighting original exposed brickwork and unique heritage features.
Strategically located just outside an Article 4 area, this challenging property required significant remediation and remodelling due to its previous misuse (see project name). With minimal structural alterations, we retained its flexibility as either a family home or professional accommodation but ultimately partnered with a supported-living charity keen to secure housing in this growing area.
